Any order implies the client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, without reservation.
Moonspaceart offers the following services in particular (non-exhaustive list):
– creation of showcase or custom websites.
– redesign of existing websites.
– search engine optimization (SEO).
– maintenance and technical support.
– additional digital services.
The specific features of each service are defined in the offers, quotations, or packages presented to the client.
Any order is validated:
– either by acceptance of a quotation.
– or by validation of an offer or package provided.
The order becomes final and binding after written acceptance by the client and, where applicable, payment of the required deposit.
Moonspaceart reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or non-payment.
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
They are those in effect at the time of the order and may be revised at any time for future services.
The stated prices include only the services expressly mentioned. Any additional request will be subject to a supplementary quotation.
Unless otherwise stated:
– a deposit may be required at the time of ordering.
– the balance is payable upon delivery of the project.
Any late payment automatically results in:
– suspension of ongoing services.
– immediate payment of all amounts due.
Delivery timeframes are provided for information purposes only.
They may vary depending on:
– the complexity of the project.
– the client’s responsiveness (content, validations, feedback).
Moonspaceart cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client.
The client undertakes to:
– provide accurate and complete information.
– supply the content necessary for the completion of the project.
– comply with validation deadlines.
The client guarantees that they hold the rights to the elements provided (texts, images, logos).
All creations produced by Moonspaceart remain its property until full payment of the service.
After full payment, usage rights to the website are transferred to the client, excluding third-party elements subject to license.
Moonspaceart reserves the right to reference the completed projects for commercial purposes.
Maintenance or update services are not included unless otherwise stated.
Any additional intervention will be subject to:
– either a separate contract.
– or one-off billing.
Moonspaceart undertakes to provide its services with professionalism and due care.
Its liability shall not be engaged in the event of:
– improper use of the website.
– malfunctions related to third-party services.
– data loss beyond its control.
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized services whose execution has begun with the client’s consent.
In the event of termination by the client:
– amounts already paid shall remain due.
– services already performed must be paid in full.
Moonspaceart reserves the right to terminate any service in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs.
Moonspaceart shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the normal performance of the service.
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Moonspaceart’s registered office.
Moonspaceart reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
